Agreement for Our Services
These terms apply to all projects and services requested through this website, from Innovation Pioneers Digital LLC, a Wyoming-registered studio serving clients worldwide. Each project is defined by a written quote that sets out its scope and deliverables.
Whether you are planning a website for a small business in Cheyenne, Casper, Sheridan, or Gillette, or a redesign or online store from anywhere else, the quote you receive is the reference point for what we will build together.
Project Scope, Deliverables & Payment
Every project starts with a written quote that spells out what we will build, what you will receive, and how payment works. Nothing is left to memory or a handshake. Specific amounts and dates are confirmed in your quote, and we will walk through it with you before any work begins.
- Scope and deliverablesYour written quote lists the services, pages, features, and files included in the project, so you can see exactly what you are approving.
- Changes outside scopeIf you request work beyond what the quote covers, we will describe the additional effort and provide a revised quote before proceeding.
- Payment termsThe payment schedule, including deposits and milestone payments, is stated clearly in each quote before you commit.
- Hourly workAdditional hourly work is billed at the rates listed on our Pricing page, and any hours are agreed in advance.
- Approvals at milestonesWe pause for your sign-off at agreed stages, such as design direction and pre-launch review, so the work stays on track with your goals.
Client Responsibilities & Limitations
Good projects depend on clear roles. Here is what we need from you, what we handle, and where our support ends, so there are no surprises once work begins.
Who supplies content and accounts?
You provide your written content, product information, images you have rights to use, and any logins for existing domains, hosting, or platforms. Unless your written quote says otherwise, we do not create copy or source photography on your behalf. Delays in providing these items can extend timelines.
Are hosting, domains, and platform fees included?
Only when your written quote lists them. Domain registration, hosting, payment processors, app store accounts, and software licenses are billed by those providers and are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
What does support after launch cover?
Support covers the scope stated in your quote or maintenance plan, including routine updates, security and performance checks, and content changes. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
